Laboratory use only. All products offered by NexaPeptide are intended strictly for laboratory and research purposes. They are not for human or animal consumption, diagnostic use, or medical, therapeutic, cosmetic or nutritional application.

1. Research use only

Products are made for research, testing, educational or other controlled laboratory settings only. They are not designed, approved or marketed as food, medicine, supplements, cosmetics or any item intended for use inside the body. Any use other than laboratory research is expressly prohibited.

2. Not approved for consumption

The products offered have not been approved by authorities such as the EMA, FDA or NVWA for human or animal consumption, diagnostic use, medical or therapeutic application, cosmetic use, self-experimentation, or as a food supplement. These products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.

3. Buyer responsibility

By placing an order, the buyer declares that he or she:

acts as a qualified professional or on behalf of a research institution;
has sufficient knowledge of and experience with research chemicals;
is at least 18 years of age;
is fully responsible for the use, storage and transport of the products after receipt.

Buyers must handle products in accordance with the rules of their facility, institution or workplace, use appropriate protective equipment, and keep products away from children, pets and untrained persons. Handling, testing and disposal must take place only under supervised laboratory conditions and in line with local regulations.

4. Liability

NexaPeptide accepts no liability for incorrect or improper use of the products, damage arising from use outside research purposes, direct or indirect damage, consequential damage or injury, or damage occurring after delivery of the products. All liability regarding the use of the products lies entirely with the buyer.

5. Returns & right of withdrawal

As a consumer you have a 14-day right of withdrawal for unopened, sealed products in original condition. For health and hygiene reasons, products whose seal has been broken cannot be returned. Orders can be changed or cancelled free of charge as long as they have not shipped yet — contact us with your order number as soon as possible. If a package arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with clear photos and your order number for a free replacement.

6. Shipping

We ship within the EU. Delivery times are indicative and depend on the carrier and any customs procedures. Once your order ships you will receive a tracking number by email. Shipping is free on orders of €250 and above.

7. Privacy

We collect only the personal information needed to process and deliver your orders and to provide support, and we process it in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). We do not sell your personal data. You have the right to access, correct or request deletion of your personal data — email customers@nexapeptide.be to exercise these rights. Cookies are used only where necessary for the website and shop to function.
